Refunds, Exchange or Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
First, please read our terms and conditions below. Then, if the item qualifies for a return, contact us at support@lainecreations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: we do not offer post-purchase refunds for discounts that haven't gone through. If your discount code is not working, please confirm that the email used to checkout is the same email used to sign up to the mailing list. If it is still not working, please email us BEFORE you purchase, otherwise we cannot help you with the discount.
Incorrect or faulty item
We guarantee product quality, however in the unlikely event that customers receive a faulty or incorrect item, they are entitled to a replacement or store credit with all costs covered by Laine Creations. Please contact support@lainecreations.com if you have received a faulty or incorrect item before sending it back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Change of mind
As every item is made to order specifically for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind or sizing decisions. Therefore, please ensure that the sizing and colour of your item is correct by referring to the information provided. There is no refunds, exchanges or returns unless items are defective or faulty. In this case, please contact support@lainecreations.com .
Returns
Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email. Once we receive your return, your replacement item will be made and shipped out as soon as possible.
